How we plant it

Plants that hold their shape.

We build a textured, layered layout: a blend of evergreens, perennials, and pops of color from blooms that peak at different times of the year. The point is that the property gives you something through the whole season, and specifically in winter, when most landscaping has nothing left to look at.

We also design for how a landscape matures, not how it photographs on install day. A bed looks one way the week we plant it and another way in year two and year three, once it has filled in. We choose and space plants for what they become, so the design keeps getting better as it grows.

Where it makes sense, we keep legacy plants that already work, a mature tree or a hedge that has been growing in for years, rather than tearing everything out to start over. Lawn work runs alongside this. If you need turf restored, we handle the grading and sod, but the design lives in the beds.
