A curved paver driveway out front; covered timber pavilion, outdoor kitchen, stone fireplace, and dry-stack walls out back.
This North Wilmington property needed a whole-property rebuild. The owners wanted curb appeal that matched the home's stone-and-cedar-shake facade, plus a back yard built for outdoor living through every season.
We rebuilt the entire front and back of this North Wilmington property as one connected outdoor program. Out front, a curved tan paver driveway with charcoal Belgium-block edges sweeps from the street to the covered porch. Foundation beds of variegated liriope, mounded boxwoods, pink hydrangeas, and seasonal annuals tie the planting palette to the home's stone facade. Around back, a covered timber pavilion with a cathedral wood ceiling anchors the new outdoor living zone. A stone fireplace with a mounted outdoor TV faces a wicker sectional, and the outdoor kitchen along the rear wall holds a built-in gas grill and range hood on a stone-faced bar. A dry-stack fieldstone retaining wall traces the patio edge, with hand-cut stone tread steps connecting the lawn up to the pavilion. Out in the grass, a round dry-stack fire pit and a flagstone stepping-stone path complete the back-yard composition.
The property reads as one connected design, front to back. The pavilion and outdoor kitchen have become the family's most-used space, and the dry-stack stonework will weather into the landscape over time.

This is the kind of work Kevin and the Nature's Call team do across North Wilmington, Greenville, Hockessin, Chadds Ford, Garnet Valley, and throughout northern Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania. Every project is designed to the specific property — no two are the same.
